Seller reviewWhen I first started working with Judie Burnham, she was able to answer all of my questions. She was able to help me evaluate my budget, and determine a safe amount to list my home for. Judie provided electronic signature documents (something she didn't have to do), that made things WAY easier! She was never late to meet with me and always answered my emails and phone calls promptly. Judie explained every detail of all documents and money owed, so I was able to know what to expect when the final day of closing would approach. She's a people person for sure! I felt comfortable from the beginning and at no time during our interactions did I ever feel like the selling of my home or the hoops we were jumping through were a burden. It's refreshing to have someone there to stick through the process of a home sale and providing the much needed support. I would definitely recommend Judie Burnham to anyone! If you have someone like her working with you, I know they will be taken care of like I was, and that can only lead to good things.
