Seller reviewWe had tried a different real estate agency a year or so earlier and no even looked at the place. With a few days of listing the condo with Judith she got the marketing up and running and we started having folks looking at it right away. She dealt with the condo developers and did a great job motivating them to do what they needed to do to help us sell the place. She toured the property and gave me an excellent idea as to how much we might sell the place for. Judith handled all the paperwork beautifully and all I had to do was electronically sign the required forms. Judith did a really excellent job overall with the sale of this property.
