Judi went above and beyond for my family when searching for a place in Mercer. She answered countless phone calls and answered so many questions. She even walked woods with us a couple of times to help find property lines and markers. She let us know everything every step along the process. She worked around our schedules no problem. Buying this property actually went smoother than when we purchased our house and a lot of that had to do with the Realtor we worked with. Judi was an absolute dream to work with. When we decide to purchase more property, we will most definitely be working with Judi again.

We had tried a different real estate agency a year or so earlier and no even looked at the place. With a few days of listing the condo with Judith she got the marketing up and running and we started having folks looking at it right away. She dealt with the condo developers and did a great job motivating them to do what they needed to do to help us sell the place. She toured the property and gave me an excellent idea as to how much we might sell the place for. Judith handled all the paperwork beautifully and all I had to do was electronically sign the required forms. Judith did a really excellent job overall with the sale of this property.
