In my 29+ years of experience I have helped hundreds of families buy and sell their homes. My business goal has always been to obtain the most money for my clients in the shortest possible time, with the least amount of hassle. Buyer reviewMy fiancé and I are so happy we found Judy Martin! She was extremely patient as we searched for our first home during a pandemic and helped us navigate the tricky market. Judy was along for the ride that ended up taking almost an entire year due to the nature of the sellers market, but it was completely worth it as we ended up with the perfect home. Judy is professional, timely, and was always willing to meet to look at houses last second. Seller reviewI am so happy that I picked Judith Martin as my realtor. She was very straight forward and honest on how she would like to proceed with my home sale. She has provided valuable feedback on how to maximize my Return of Investment (ROI). Most importantly, she was very patient since the house went through major renovation during the pandemic. It was certainly difficult time to get the home ready to list. As soon as renovation was completed, few days later the house was on the market. She wasted no time. Throughout the entire process she was very responsive and answered all my questions. We were in contract within 5 days of being in the market. There is nothing more that I could ask from her. She definitely exceeded my expectations. She was definitely the right person for the job.

Seller reviewSelling a house is stressful enough, but we got to do it during a pandemic. Judy was sensitive to our concerns about people coming into our home, though at the same time no nonsense. She gave us direct feedback, and didn't add a lot of fluff. We knew we could have a quick and to the point conversation with her and get exactly the information we needed. When it came time to negotiate the offer, she helped up set the boundaries of what we were willing to accept, and in the end we got full asking price. We highly recommend Judy!
