In my 29+ years of experience I have helped hundreds of families buy and sell their homes. My business goal has always been to obtain the most money for my clients in the shortest possible time, with the least amount of hassle. More than 50% of my business today comes from past client referrals or repeat business; people referring someone they care about to someone they trust.My clients are my top priority and always #1! My personal goal has always been to listen to my clients needs, time frames, and financial objectives to give them the most positive experience whether selling or buying a home. Seller review--- We also posted this on Yelp --- Judy helped us sell our house. We can not say enough great things about Judy. If we have to describe about our experience with her, "pleasant, responsive and calm". First of all, we were impressed with her marketing. We wanted to hear a realistic $ opinion from professional in real estate business when we were looking for our agent. She had clear advise and tools to market our house. Secondly, she is a great communicator - Always available if we needed to talk or ask questions. Lastly, her thirty some years of experience says it all in every aspect through our transaction. The process of sale can be emotional and stressful at time. She understood our philosophy and helped us through the transaction with her pleasant professionalism.
