She spent time to meet the neighbors and get a feel for each area we were in. Julia was all of these things times 10. I could tell immediately that she wasn't just dedicated to finding me a home, but that she was dedicated to finding me the right home. I trusted her input and she answered every question I had. The entire experience was positive because of Julia and the way she handled everything.

Mrs. Grett researched information about the area I was interested in residing, to ensure that it was a proper fit for myself and my family. She also did a phenomenal job with communication between myself and my lender, which is imperative. Julia was very professional, and I came to see her as a friend. I would highly recommend her to ANYONE that is in search of a home. She's the best of the best.

She definitely listened to our needs and wants and found exactly what we were looking for in a second home. She not only found us the condo we wanted but she went above and beyond helping us get moved into our new home. It was in need of a new water heater and AC unit and she met with three different contractors for each unit. She also received my furniture delivery for me so I had somewhere to sleep the night we arrive. I have actually never had such great service from a real estate agent!! I would recommend her and this agency to anyone.
