After meeting Caren and Julia at their open house, our son encouraged us to work with them (we are out of state buyers), so we did. Caren and Julia were FANTASTIC to work with. They were personable, patient, and ALWAYS available. We flew in for a quick weekend from Nebraska to view homes. They had a plan in place and even stuck with us for more home searches in another area we had not considered. It was a long day!! Day 2, we found our dream home and put in an offer. From offer to closing there was never a day/moment that they were not able to step in on our behalf as our eyes and ears, hands and feet... again, we are out of state buyers so we could not be there for inspections, appraisal, etc. Whatever we needed to have scheduled at the house, they were there. Communication was timely, always. Home buying has its stressful moments and when my husband let his emotions out a bit on them, they were both extremely poised, and empathetic, never ever wavering in their desire to do whatever they could to put his mind at ease. And that's exactly what they did. They left no stone un-turned to make sure we were confident in our home purchase. Even after purchase, Caren is still helping us with contractors, meeting them at our home for bids. It's amazing. I honestly cannot say enough great things about these two ladies. Julia and Caren are a dynamic duo. If you want someone you can trust to always do the right thing on your behalf, to really make you feel like you are their only customer, I could even say to make you feel as though you are family - they are your gals.
