Additionally, I maintain an open-door policy and return phone calls and email promptly to ensure responsive, transparent, and personable service. Communication is key. My goal is to help you through the process of selling and/or buying your new home. I am originally from Joliet, Illinois where I started working for a major retailer. Working with that retailer, I relocated to Texas, then Indiana and finally ended up in the Madison area. I have been married for 10 years and enjoy spending time outdoors during the summer. I am an avid animal lover with 4 cats.

Seller reviewMy husband met Julie several years ago, she had given him a Century 21 magnet which remained on our fridge, and when we were ready to sell, Julie was there! Our house was on the market less than 2 weeks. Julie had aggressive sales tactics, was very communicative with sales strategies, kept us updated with showings/offers and was always there to answer questions for us, no matter what time of day or night. Julie was amazing! We hope to be in our new house for several years, but when we are ready to sell, we plan to contact Julie! The fast sale of our townhouse was everything we hoped for. Julie delivered! We felt Julie went above and beyond for the sale of our townhouse. Julie made our sale extremely easy for us. She guided us every step of the way and always made herself available for questions, even when she was out of town! We greatly appreciate all the work she put in for the sale of our house!

Excellent communication. Great personality and so much fun to work with! A very smooth process! Julie was knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Julie was awesome! I was overseas in Germany when my husband and I put in our offer, and Julie worked with the 7 hour time difference to make our offer happen!!! A couple times other Brokers met us to see houses when Julie was out of town. Easy to work with. We don't plan on moving for a long time because Julie found us our "forever-home-until-we-are-empty-nesters", but recommend Julie to our friends and family!
