Additionally, I maintain an open-door policy and return phone calls and email promptly to ensure responsive, transparent, and personable service. Communication is key. My goal is to help you through the process of selling and/or buying your new home. I am originally from Joliet, Illinois where I started working for a major retailer. Working with that retailer, I relocated to Texas, then Indiana and finally ended up in the Madison area. I have been married for 10 years and enjoy spending time outdoors during the summer. I am an avid animal lover with 4 cats.

Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers getting into the real estate market, we were very nervous. She spent a whole hour with us when we first contacted her to answer all of our questions. After that first hour, we knew we were going to choose her as our agent/broker. The buying experience was smoother than we expected it to be. We had 8 other offers that were not accepted and when this one was excepted, we were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to do everything. It was harder requesting time off work for my closing appointment! The real estate market, at the time we were shopping in 2022, was so crazy bonkers that all of our family members had opinions about what we could be doing and why what we were doing was wrong (but they all purchased their homes at least 10 years ago so didn't have any experience in the pandemic real estate market). I'm happy that we kept trucking with Julie, every loss we experienced we experienced with her, and we are happy to celebrate this purchase with her.

She seemed knowledgeable and got me an appointment to see the new construction property I was interested in. Others had not followed through but Julie did. She worked with me from the beginning and I trusted her judgement and help during the process. After one phone conversation with her about what we wanted in a home, we had about 5-8 homes lined up later that week. Each one was exactly what we were looking for in our future home.
