Seller reviewJulie went beyond expectations with my sale. She stuck with me,for two years, after my property burned down, and helped me get not only the property sold, but reached out to anyone whom we needed assistance from in order to get the property rebuilt. She is an amazing person and truly cares about helping people, not just the sale. I would not be where I am today without her. The hardest working person I know.

Seller reviewThis was the second time in 2 years we have used Julie to sell a home for us and like the first time she did a fantastic job for us. There were some logistics issues with this home so I knew Julie was the best person for the job and that I could count on her to take care of everything during the sale of the property. Since we are not local to the area Julie handled everything. I truly didn't have to lift a finger other than sign my name to a few docs. The process was as easy as it gets when work with Julie. I would highly recommend anyone looking to sell their home to use Julie. She truly goes above and beyond what is expected of a realtor.

Buyer reviewJulie Fernandez helped my Mom buy a house before us, so I knew she was a hard worker and would do her best to help us anyway she could. Julie did a fantastic job from start to finish ! Julie is an all around true professional in every sense of the word. Never once did I feel uncomfortable working with her on anything. She would always make the time to answer my questions as promptly as she could, and when she did not have the answers she would be honest and tell me she would get back as soon as she could which she always did. Words cannot express how happy I am with how everything turned out. Throughout the entire journey Julie stayed positive and worked tirelessly until the very end. My family would not have a home right now if it weren't for her all of her hard work. In an extremely competitive market our journey ended with nothing short of a miracle. I could not be happier with the end result. Everything worked better than I every could have imagined.

Buyer reviewJulie was amazing! In a time where the housing market is absolutely crazy, she helped us find a home we love and come up with a very strong offer that was accepted. We've heard of families making multiple offers on homes without success. Julie drew up a contract that couldn't be turned down and was accepted - this was the first and only home we made an offer on. Not to mention, we made our offer AFTER there were already multiple other offers on the home. Unbelievable! On top of all this, Julie kept in touch with us throughout the entire home buying process via phone calls and text messages. She really kept us in the loop and made us feel very confident everything would go smoothly. This was very nice as first time homebuyers. We highly recommend Julie! She's personable, knowledgeable, and an all around great person. We've already recommended her to friends for their home buying needs and we will continue to do so. Seller reviewJulie was fantastic. She was informed about the market and even though I resisted she convinced me to list the house at a price I thought was too high for a fast sale. The house sold in one day. We also no longer lived in Tampa and it didn't matter. Julie handled everything as is it were her own home being sold. I don't think I have ever seen someone go so above and beyond what you would expect from a sales person. She did everything. If there was a problem she personally handled it. Also, knowing that the house was empty should would go by daily just to check on it and make sure everything was okay. Truly this was the easiest and best sales experience we have ever had. Working with Julie was fantastic. Since we weren't local she was great at communicating with us through each step of the process. There were several things that needed to be done to get the house on the market and Julie handled them personally. She truly made this process as smooth as possible Again, Julie was amazing. To say she exceeded our expectation would be such an understatement. I just can't imagine someone doing a better job than she did.
