Seller reviewJulie is EXCEPTIONAL. Truly a superhero in this slow market. I've worked with numerous agents over the years, getting "decent" service and results, but Julie? Absolutely shattered expectations, going so far above and beyond, I personally asked her to accept a higher commission. Yeah...really. Living overseas, I was totally helpless after the tenant trashed the place but alas, Julie swooped in, scheduling cleaners, plumbers, painters, carpet installers, and landscapers; handling home access and invoices; even personally sweeping, tidying, decorating and even watering the grass every few days. She cared for my home better than I ever could-zero chance I'd have sold without her. Despite the tough market, we had tons of showings, daily feedback, multiple offers, and SOLD in ONE month. Insane.. I still pinch myself thinking maybe it was actually all a dream... Selling or buying, just do yourself a favor and call Julie, now!
