My husband Dale and I have been married since 1996. We have two daughters; one is a middle school math teacher, and the other is studying to become a nurse. I enjoy spending time with my family, riding my bike, or snuggling with my dog on the deck while reading a good book. There are many things on my bucket list, too!

Seller reviewJulie was my first choice to call when I had a house to sell as executor of an estate. I wasn't interested in trying to sell the home myself without a realtor. She made me feel very comfortable during the whole process, and took my stress level way down, by handing every detail! Julie handled the sale process with calm expertise. Seller reviewWe knew we wanted Julie Hurt's expertise when if came to selling our home. Other people had the opinion that we should "do it ourselves", but selling a house is a big investment we didn't want to get wrong just to save a little money. She made the process so easy and took away a lot of the stress that comes from such a big undertaking. We loved that the home sold so quickly, and really felt like we were a priority for her. It may have only taken a few days to sell our house, but the time and effort Julie put in to preparing us and answering all our questions throughout the process really put us at ease. We knew that our home was in excellent hands.

Julie was always super helpful, friendly, and responsive and she also has great knowledge of other resources that may relate to a sale such as auction companies, donation facilities, garbage removal, etc. We couldn't be happier with Julie's help with the sale of the house.
