Buyer reviewJulie was top notch. She knew exactly what would work for us. She really knows the area. I felt I was well represented. I expressed my concern with Julie that the house we picked would take too long; I was renting my house back at a very high rate. My wife liked the color scheme, but I din't like it. Julie showed us another house that was ready now with a much better floor plan with better colors. This house was done, and she knew we would both love it. Thanks to Julie, it worked out beautifully. I spent 15 years as a Title Rep. It was my job to get to know the real estate agents in my area, and earn their title business. I knew hundreds of real estate agents, most were good agents, and some were fantastic. I would rate Julie in the top 3.

Seller reviewJulie Moon was available more time during the day - even on a Friday evening - than other agents in the area. This shows dedication to the job, and a strong work ethic. It was this dedication to work that was the deciding factor in selecting her for this sale. Julie went well above and beyond her normal duties with this sale, having to deal with some uncooperative relatives involved in the final disposition of the property involved in this Estate sale. She worked long hours, and was involved in aspects of the sale that would not normally be part of her responsibility. She maintained her very professional attitude throughout the entire ordeal. I am very pleased with her performance with this difficult sale effort, and the positive ultimate outcome, due to her efforts. As stated before, Julie is very knowledgeable in her job. She also maintained and exhibited a very professional and patient attitude through a very difficult and sometimes troublesome sales negotiation.
