Buyer reviewJulie is very professional, direct and pushy in a great way. If you listen to what Julie is telling you about your home and the way you display it without getting your feathers ruffled and take Julies advise to heart you can't loose. Honesty is sometimes hard to listen to but it is the honesty that Julie provides that gets your home sold. I have already recommended Julie to others and will continue to do so.

Seller reviewI interviewed Julie as a possible candidate to list my home for sale. I had other realtors lined up. Julie was the first interview, although I had talked to other realtors by phone. I had heard of her by a friend who praised her on the sale of my friends sister's home. When I called Julie, I found her knowledgeable, excited that I had chosen her as one of the realtors to interview, and ready to come by whenever it was convenient for me. She answered all my questions, with patience and sincerity. At the interview, I found her to be not only knowledgeable but very easy to talk to, and she made me feel I could trust her to handle all the aspects of selling my home which put me at ease. I liked her so well and was impressed with how she handled herself, my property, and me. I hired her on the spot, and never did interview the others. Best decision I made! Within a few days, property was sold and a fast easy closing was done. Thanks to Julie Moon, I have the best realtor ever!

Seller reviewJulie is so on the ball. You don't have to wait for her to get back to you. I had actually spoke to her two years earlier when I was disapointed with another agency on a purchase we had made. Even though we weren't using her at that time, she was so impressive on the phone and took time with me, I found her when it came time to sell the house. I am so glad that we did. She made what turned out to be a difficult situation with the house, go as smoothly as possible. Julie would be the agent we would select if we ever purchased another property in that area.

Seller reviewIf I could give 100 stars I would! Julie Moon was the absolute best. This was a tough property with a LOT of issues that I thought would kill the sale but she never lost hope and always had a solution, while keeping me calm :) She went ABOVE and BEYOND for this property that was in the middle of nowhere, helping both myself and the buyer. The property even closed ahead of schedule. I would definitely use Julie Moon again!
