Seller reviewI live out of state and was listing my mom's house for sale in Des Moines. I searched Zillow sales in the area and looked for an agent that had recent sales of similar properties, thinking he/she would know the area and possibly have a buyer pool ready. I messaged Kaitlyn and some others and Kaitlyn responded very quickly and asked the right questions to understand the situation. It was clear from our initial communication that she was the right agent. Kaitlyn made sure the entire process ran smoothly. She put me in contact with local service providers to prep the house, she had great pictures, and she did the open house right away. We had multiple offers, she helped us select the best one, and made sure the entire deal went smoothly. I had no issues or concerns being out of state - Kaitlyn helped steer the entire transaction. We ended up getting slightly over asking price and closing in less than 30 days.
