Seller reviewWhen we bought our first home, we used a different broker (big mistake!). A friend later recommended Kaitlyn Harvey, and she was incredible from day one. For years before we sold, she offered thoughtful advice on projects to finish and updates that would add value. When we were finally ready, she guided us through every detail-timing, pricing, staging-and knew exactly when to list. We had 11 showings in one weekend and multiple offers! Kaitlyn helped us choose the best one and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Even after we moved 3 hours away, she dropped off the sweetest goodie bag at our new home, including a custom watercolor of our first house, treats and goodies for our new home, and a toy truck for our little one. She's knowledgeable, caring, and truly one of a kind. We would (and do!) recommend her over and over again to our friends in the Metro! She's the best hands down and we feel so fortunate to have found her and worked with her for the sale of our first home.

Kaitlyn did a amazing job helping us sell our home as well as buy our new one! She kept us updated every step of the way, always able to contact her and her knowledge of the industry and negotiations when buying or selling are top notch! We will never use a different realtor! I said it once and I'll say again I will recommend her 15 times out of 10!
