When we started our search we hadn't decided what type of house, property, or location we wanted, but Kara was patient with us and provided great advice as we narrowed our search. She was very honest and forthcoming about the listings we sent her and it was obvious that she wanted to find the right home for us rather than just make a sale. The listing for the house we ended up purchasing was posted late one evening and Kara called me before I even got in the car to head to work the following morning because the listing was almost too good to believe. We were the first people to schedule a showing, loved the house, and fortunately our offer was accepted later that day. The seller's agent was not very responsive throughout the process but Kara diligently followed up with them to push the process along and made the deal happen. I would absolutely recommend Kara to any friends or family who are searching for a home in the TC area.
