My husband and I just recently sold our home with Kara Emerich. The whole process from beginning to end was very easy and painless. Even though we have previously sold two houses there are many changes especially in todays market. I can tell you we had a lot of questions. Kara, Kara, Kara!!! We never could have gone through this without her. She was absolutely amazing!! She was extremely quick to respond. If she didn’t know the answer, she’d find out and get back to us immediately! It was funny the first time we met her she looked at the property and asked us what we thought would be a good listing price. Well we gave her a number and she said "you better pack your bags because there will be a flood of people interested in buying". Well we were also in the process of purchasing a house out of state so we closed on the house and stayed a little over a week while our house was up for sale. OMG! CRAZY... She listed the house 70k over our price and it sold within a couple days!
