Always approachable, easily accessible and guaranteed to get response to queries within 15-30mins(even late in the night 10:30 or 11pm :) She has become a very good friend of us and when we decided to build a house rather than buy one, she helped us to select the right builder and helped in understanding each and every bit of the process. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a new house in Columbus area.
