Karen was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us tremendously. She was always willing and able to help us look at houses even when it was spur of the moment. We came from out of state and when we found unexpected time to look at a few houses on a Sunday, she was ready to help. On our planned day to come to town and search for houses, she had all the homes we were interested in ready to go on a planned itinerary... she also added a few she thought we would be interested in and was able to schedule in a few we just thought of. When we found the home we wanted to put an offer in on, she gave great guidance to help us put in a fair offer that was quickly accepted. Karen was always quick to answer and provide information.
