Karen has helped us both selling our home 2 years ago and more recently in buying a home in Columbus. In any buying or selling process the stress level is high and you have to deal with the seller or buyer and their chosen agent during the whole negotiation process. Karen has a strong competency in reducing much of this stress by being always available and responsive as well as great follow up with the other agent and buyer/seller involved. We felt very confident in Karen all thru the process due to her professional dedication. Buying or selling a property is a very important transaction in life. It is important to choose a realtor based on their skill and professional competency. We made the right choice, twice!

Karen was very helpful right from day she came to meet us first time even when we did not decide on seller agent. We were still interviewing other agents. Her customer focus, helping nature, and friendly nature made us pick her as our agent. We are happy that we picked her. Whenever we needed her help (evening, late evening, weekend) she was there responding to our messages and willing to take phone calls and even stop by to meet us. She is the best seller or buyer agent anybody could get. Selling home can be very stressing at times but having good agent who can help you like a friend, and give advice like a professional make those times fly. While selling the house you need an agent who is an able listener and never runs out of patience. Karen has all the qualities anybody can think of an agent should have. Thanks Karen!!!

In that our home essentially sold on a one-day/on-party contract, the home pretty much sold itself re appeal. However, Karen was very instrumental in arranging to bring the potential buyer to the house and facilitate the negotiation process with a colleague Century 21 agent. I would rate the experience excellent from our viewpoint in terms of the the speed and efficiency in which it was completed, partly due to the reasonable negotiations between the buyer and seller facilitated by the Century 21 agents, and that it was a cash deal without either an inspection of appraisal.
