Seller reviewKaren made selling our town-home/condo really easy. My wife and I travel for work so keeping in contact with us was key, especially because of the time differences. We trusted her judgement once we made a counteroffer, our goal was to sell quick and get on with our lives. The buyer accepted our offer and we were closing in a week while we were on vacation. Nothing better than being on vacation and selling your home at the same time.

She found homes to show us that fit our criteria and price range. Karen provided information on area schools and churches, as well as utilities and cable info. She handled our inspection and paperwork professionally and in a timely manner. Karen is an excellent communicator and made sure to address all of my questions and concerns.
