Seller reviewWhen the loan process was in danger because the first bank refused to believe Karen that FHA financing was not accepted by the condo association, Karen redirected the buyer and her agent to a banker she had previous success working with. Karen's quick thinking and managing the process saved the sale. Best of all, she never even told me about it until the closing date was set. When the day comes that I decide to downsize and sell my house I will definitely call Karen!
