Buyer reviewBuying a home from out if state can be a daunting task, Karen made the process a pleasure. She took extra time to show me the area and really gave me a feel for the town. She found homes to show us that fit our criteria and price range. Karen provided information on area schools and churches, as well as utilities and cable info. She handled our inspection and paperwork professionally and in a timely manner. Karen is an excellent communicator and made sure to address all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Karen Ardery as a Realtor!
