There are three things that made her stand out and why I recommend her. First, her confidence in her answers and decisions is reassuring when we had doubts or concerns anytime throughout the process. Secondly, she isn't just there to answer your questions and get the job done, but goes above and beyond by asking you very important questions that you might not think of. This is especially very important when you are a first time home buyer and are not familiar with the process. Thirdly, she grows onto you as you start looking at homes - specifically getting to learn what types of homes or styles you like, and what you don't like. She can basically read your mind and get an idea of what you're thinking based on first glance of a home.
