Testimony would be the same as my previous survey of Karen Kelly.

My biggest concern is receiving excellent customer service experience. Not only did Karen accomplish that service, she went far & beyond providing me a great experience in house searching. It was a great pleasure working with Karen. If I called her & received her VM, she would always call back in a timely manner. If Karen said she was going to pick you up for a showing at 10:00am, she was there at 9:55am. I only wished I had met Karen four years ago before I moved from Chicago to the Ft Lauderdale area. If I would have, maybe I would not be in the process of moving only after four years in my present residence. I will conclude by saying, Karen is the greatest realtor I have ever worked with.

This was definitely one of the best real estate experiences I have had. Karen Kelley was there for every step and never dropped the ball. I would highly recommend her to friends and colleagues.

Karen Kelley was a blessing in disguise in the sale of my home. After living in my home for over 20 years and becoming a widow during that time, I was very nervous to sell. My family had accumulated years of "stuff" and we had a huge job sifting through our things and cleaning while we did that. It really took us over 6 months to accomplish that. Karen came to us with a positive attitude, explaining what we needed to do, and how best to clear out the house before showing it. She was always pleasant and kind. We did what we could and she praised us for getting it done. When we were as ready as could be, she took pictures, gathered the details and put this listing on line. The house sold in two weeks! After some negotiations with the buyer, we reached an agreeable contract price, the closing was set in less than a month and we closed without any problems. It was all due to Karen's willingness to take the time with us, did not criticize our "mess" but only gave us helpful information. We are now in our new home in Spring Hill, Florida, and only look back on the past and look forward to our future, and definitely trying to keep our "clutter" down. I thank Karen with all my heart for this wonderful transition.
