Seller reviewWe chose Karen Kelley as our broker for primarily two reasons #1-critically important- she understood our needs/challenges as well as how to best sell our home to get the most value possible. #2- also very important, we shared a mutual trust that that just wouldn't be established with a new broker. Also, she purposefully advised us on how to stage our home and recommended a few changes/fixes around the home that she felt would be critical to home buyers. She understood our capabilities as well as what buyers would be looking for so that support was invaluable to the whole experience and process of staging our home for sale. I truly believe we would not have sold as quick or at the value we did had it not been for her expertise in this area.
