At that time I decided it was not the right time for me to buy, and she was very patient and understanding of my situation and my decision to back out. This time around, I knew it was the right time for me to buy, so I contacted Karen and asked if she would be willing to help me out. She got the ball rolling quickly, and we were able to find the perfect home for me in less than 2 months! She was very attentive to my needs and desires.
