She was punctual in returning calls or texts whenever I needed assistance and listened to my needs. Conferring with buyer's agent constantly was important for an easy transition, just another plus. We had a good business relationship which lead to respect and friendship. Karen is upfront with her knowledge and opinions, something to respect. Everyone's situation is different so it's hard to generalize. An agent/broker should consider this and Karen Myers did.
