Karen was a wonderful realtor to work with. She was very prompt to answer any questions or needs we had concerning any home we was interested in. We are in Pennsylvania and have bought a home in Florida, so a lot of paperwork and closing had to be done electronically. She was there in every step we had to take. Karen kept us informed and up to date on everything. Also she was very patient with us being we was long distance. We can not thank her enough for all she has done. Including finding home owners insurance and switching utilities. Much thanks for everything! Karen was there the day of the home inspection with my family, and also the sellers' realtor. Any questions we had about the house she would ask the sellers' realtor and get right back to us. We had to wire the money and karen was very complete on giving us instruction how to send it. Her honestly and working so close with us let us know we was getting a lovely home.She worked with us and the title company right to the closing and even afterwards.Karen ask us if we wanted to negotiate the price, but we felt the price was very good. She did talk to sellers' and had price dropped the day of inspection because water tank needed replaced. We thank her for being there for us. We can't say enough of everything Karen Myers has done for us. Being this was a long distance purchase, it was wonderful having her there in Florida for us. Can't wait to move to Florida !
