Karen has been in the business and community for years and has a good understanding of the market, something I did not have. Because she was recommended by a good friend, I knew I could trust Karen represent the property well while also being reasonable, Karen's communication throughout the process was excellent; always keeping me abreast of the situation and answering my many questions. When it came time to make some repairs, Karen was able to lead me in the right direction with contractors: again, being out of state this was very helpful. Overall an excellent experience!
