Buyer reviewEven if Karen wasn't my mom I'd still use her as my Realtor! There truly isn't anyone better to work with when it comes to buying a house. Karen comes from a teaching background and she does the best job at making sure all her buyers/sellers (aka students haha) understand the process which essentially makes the home buying/selling process a breeze when all parties understand what they are doing. She always tells me every transaction is different and unique, but Karen is the ultimate problem solver which makes her unique because she genuinely cares. Buying a home or selling a home is a huge transaction, and I wouldn't want anyone else, but Karen Myers to help me. She's a true blessing!

Seller reviewMy home was not going to be the easiest sale. It was a rental property for the previous four years and my tenant's lease still had four months to go. The home was not in tip top shape either, in a neighborhood where most homes are newly built and immaculate. Despite the possible issues, Karen was positive the outcome I desired was reachable and she worked to find a buyer. While I am very pleased she found one overall, the buyer may have been the most needy person I've ever encountered. While I gave concessions and tried to accommodate the buyer's needs, Karen did a great job of protecting my position during the negotiations and kept the deal together. Karen is an amazing professional, she knows her craft well. Was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. Thank you for helping me with the sale of my home!
