She helped the sales gent do his job correctly even adopting a mentor's calm instructive tone/conversation. Karen joined me tevery meeting with the sales agent to make sure my interests were covered. She went above and beyond to get the builder and settlement agent to satisfactorily and timely respond to me. Closing went smoothly thanks to Karen's follow- up inquiries and due diligence. What can I say about Karen?! She was amazing! She knew we were ready to give up and she didn't let it happen. She answered all our calls/texts no matter how late or earlier.
