My wife and I are from Wisconsin and we decided to purchase a house in Auburndale so our daughter could live in it. I read the bios of roughly 35 brokers in the Auburndale area. Karen's bio stood out to me because of her belief in God. We contacted Karen. Her response was quick. We sent her a few listings of what we found online and what we were looking for. She guided us and provided us with local insight that we did not have. She listened to our interests and was able to find us a house. It felt like we were her only customer and I know that was not the case. Her communications were thorough and very timely. With Karen's guidance, we purchased a house without seeing it in person, although our daughter did go through the house. She was able to help us through the whole process without having to leave the state of Wisconsin. When I traveled to the house, I was very pleased with the purchase. It was just as Karen had described to us. Karen's knowledge of the are and her expertise made this out of state purchase a true pleasure. I would highly recommend!
