She has been in the industry for years, and knows her stuff. Karen is always available to answer any questions you have. Karen is always available to schedule and arrange a showing. And once it's time and even before, Karen will guide you through every step of the way towards the closing of your new home. Karen will even give you the answer to your question before you even realize you needed to ask. This is not our first time doing business with this amazing person and nor will it be our last. After deciding to build a home she helped set us up to do so and when we ran into a very upsetting issue with the builders, Karen was able to get a credit on our behalf.
