She made suggestions on local financing if we needed it. She answered all my questions and concerns. She even got back with me while she was on vacation. We were super excited about the property and she helped sped up closing. We would definitely use Karen again. She was great. Seller reviewEarly on we were concerned that the photographs did not show the size and space of our home well. It needed better wide angle photography. Karen arranged for a professional photographer to take new photos. Within two weeks of the new photos we started getting showings. The new photos made a big difference in marketing our home.
