Buyer reviewWe made an offer on this property, but we were outbid. When the deal fell through, and the property was back on the market, Karen immediately contacted us. We made an offer on the spot, and it was accepted within 24 hours. Had Karen not called, we probably would have lost out again. This is typical of Karen's professionalism and attention to detail. She always has her clients' best interests at heart. We have bought and sold multiple properties in the Eureka Springs area, and we would never even consider using anyone other than Karen.
