Karen is very professional, always available and very timely with communications. She makes you feel as if you are the most important thing happening at the moment. Seller reviewOnce I made the decision to sell my condo, my main concern was to find a broker that not only new the area but someone that was familiar with my condo complex. I had saved all the correspondence I received from all the realtors/brokers that sold condos at Pride's Crossing, the one that stood out was Karen's. I went with my gut feeling which turned out to be the right choice. Karen always made her self available any time I had questions or concers. She was very sympathetic to the fact that even though I wanted to sell it was also hard due to the fact that I owned my condo a long time. Karen is very sensitive to her clients concerns. Always gets back to the clients to answer any questions or concerns that have. I never had any contact with other members in the office My experience was great I would recommend Karen to anyone I knew selling selling their property, and have.
