Seller reviewWe were extremely pleased with Karen's performance throughout the entire process. Karen had excellent knowledge of our neighborhood and handled everything in the process (inspections, open house, legal) seamlessly. Her communication with us was great and really reduced our stress. We sold our house on the first day of an open house... at more than the asking price. I don't know how the selling experience could have been any better!

Seller reviewKaren did a great job selling the property, She told me what we needed to do to get the property ready to sell. She kept me informed through out the sale. She even took care of the fire department inspection which saved me taking time off work. When the buyer had issues with the loan, she kept me informed and helped keep the sale going. Karen knew the area and Condo Association which made it easier for the closing. She kept all involved ( lawyers, buyer and me ) informed and the closing went well. She is a credit to her profession.

Buyer reviewKaren is accessible any time- night or day and is extremely timely in getting back to you. I appreciate since I am impatient! Karen also works with your schedule and pays attention to the details. I have small children and Karen quickly noticed their bedtime schedule and always made a point to have me get the kids to bed before I contacted her with any questions or discussion items. This is the second time we used her in buying a new home. I have trouble making decisions and needed to see the house multiple times. Karen never made us feel like we were being a burden. She is 100% committed to her clients and her profession as a real estate agent.
