Buyer reviewI wouldn't want to go through the home buying process with anyone other than Karen Simnick. As a first time home buyer it's a very intimidating process but she helped break it down into very easy to do things. Everytime she gets out of her car at a showing, inspection, etc she always has a smile on her face and in a cheery mood even when the property I picked to walk through has 4" of fresh snow on the ground and nothing has been shoveled. Or how she stays up until midnight putting an offer together for me, and also still texts and communicates the next day with me about it while she's out with her family celebrating her birthday. It is a no brainer I'll be going back to Karen if I ever need to buy or sell a property.
