Now that the dust has settled I would like to reach out and personally thank Karen Simnick my real estate agent for all her Hardwork! Not only did Karen sell my house she also found me a new townhouse, given only a very short notice of my intent to relocate in Indiana. Words can not convey how much I appreciate her expertise and knowledgement. As I was doing all of my communication by phone and email from Arizona Karen was navigating her way through all the legality at her end in Indiana. Karen was always available to me day and night 24-7. There were unexpected issues that came up that weren't anticipated. Her knowledgement and dedication was extraordinary. I truly appreciate her expertise in explaining everything so clearly and smoothing the way for me. It was nice to have an agent that was so caring with a genuine work ethic whom put her heart and soul into the sale of my property as well as the closing on my new townhouse while I was away in another state. I would like to give Karen the credit she deserves but it would take a 4 page letter. Thank you Karen for going the extra mile and bearing the brunt of the work. I purchased a property with Karen in the past and knew what to expect, so selling with her was a no brainer. Karen made several low cost suggestions to improve sales price(not what I wanted to hear but what I needed to hear for the best results) She also had contractors on her team that could perform the work I didn't have time to do. They must have worked as my place sold much quicker than similar properties on block. Karen is very attentive and informative. She answered emails from me quickly at 5am , 11 pm and on my previous purchase on Christmas Day! I was kept informed and told what I could expect and what was realistic. My sale could not have gone better. I recommend her to anyone who will listen. Personally she is warm and inviting. I hope to never sell again but if I do. I Know who my first call is.

Karen Simnick did an outstanding job selling our house . She was knowledgeable, patient , friendly, accessible, and kind . My Overall Experience with Karen was amazing. We looked for a home with another relator for years and had no luck they were no help at all. We heard Karen Simnick was the best out there and boy was everyone right! She found us a home in less then 2 weeks! She's amazing and such a wonderful person to be around. She's always happy and smiling. Her cheerfulness will definitely rub off on you. I would definitely recommend Karen if you want the best relator around. She'll stop at nothing to help you. I knew of Karen Simnick for a number of years and knew right away that she'd be the perfect real estate agent I wanted to list my parent's home for sale! I chose Karen over my cousin who is also an agent and over a prior agent I used in the past! Karen was wonderful to work with and her efforts and time to help me went beyond her "normal" business hours...she even traveled to meet with my parents while mom is in a rehab place out of town. Karen was available any time I had questions and was a big help!
