My name is Karen Werkheiser and I live in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. I can introduce you to all the great amenities this area has to offer! Let me help you determine your wants and needs in your new home and find the location that works best for you!
I graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Interior Design and Marketing, and have been selling real estate full time since 2012. My experience in home interiors, remodeling, and staging over the last 25 years, have been a tremendous asset in helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. I believe understanding your goals requires good listening skills, asking the right questions, and providing honest answers to your questions. In other words, Great Customer Service! Whether helping you reach your dream of home ownership, or selling and moving on to life's next journey, my focus is communication. When not busy with real estate, I'm involved with the Blue Mountain Preservation Association, encouraging sensible and responsible approaches to development along this beautiful mountain.

Buyer reviewKaren was fantastic to work with! We let her know in advance that we were sort of "casual" buyers. Since we were looking for our 2nd home we were really going to take our time and be picky as it would likely be our "forever" home. Karen was understanding on that, she wasn't overbearing or pressuring us in to a home that didn't fit us. She sent us houses that fit our criteria whenever they popped on the market. Once we found our house Karen helped us decide on the right offer and, since it was a foreclosure, helped us through the process. The listing agent of the house we bought was INCREDIBLY challenging. Karen was the consummate professional and was able to keep the process moving even when the listing agent was making it difficult to move forward. We were thrilled with Karen and will most definitely be using her to sell our other house and should we ever have the desire to move again (which I hope we won't) will certainly call Karen. I cannot recommend her enough!!
