Karina has been a friend of the family for years, so when it came time to move states and look for a realtor, the choice was obvious. Little did we know, it would be one of the best decisions we have made in a very long time. We probably weren't the easiest clients, as we had dogs to consider, specific wants and needs, and a very wide net of where we wanted to live. We basically had a giant circle drawn on a map of possible areas, and some of the homes we found were pretty far distances from each other. Karina never seemed to mind. She happily set up appointments and drove us all over our circle, never mentioning the distance one time. We have a baby who had to come with us, and since we were living in a different state, we were only available on weekends. Karina met us on Saturdays and, often, on Sundays to ensure we maximized our time looking for homes. Once we finally found the home that fit everything we needed, she was so amazing at aiding us in all of the steps in the process leading up to closing. When we had issues with communication with our lender, she was Johnny on the spot to put a call in. She kept us informed on all information that she knew and thought was important for us to know. Most of all, though, Karina is an amazing advocate for her clients. When things aren't going quite as smoothly as they should be or she thinks things are getting off track, she will go to war for you. We highly recommend Karina Ball if you're looking to buy or sell. Karina has been a family friend for as long as we can remember, but, after this process, we are glad to call her our personal friend, as well.

Having bought and sold several homes there are sometimes unforeseen challenges and with the extensive experience Karina Ball has helped us with a specific issue we had not with our builder but with a situation nobody would have expected.
