We contacted Karina to sell our prior home that was16 years old and we had several challenges with the inspection. Her years of experience helped us thru that stressful process and that was the leading factor in hiring her again. That was an easy decision. If we were to sell again she will be getting a call and will recommend her to friends and family. Stressful selling a home but with an experienced agent it helps make the process easier.

Karina was the most amazing realtor. This is my first home and im younger so i was nervous since i was doing it on my own But, Karina was so patient and encouraging and if we went into a house and it needed to much repair she would turn around and say this isn't good enough for you. She helped me with everything even when i wanted to give up she wouldn't let me. She took me under her wing, made sure i wasn't getting hoodwinked and explained everything in detail during closing. I couldnt have asked for a more patient, understanding, knowledgable, driven, caring realtor. <3

Karina was a very good resource for us as she was abreast of the area and made sure she kept us well informed every step of the way which is what you want from your realtor. Karina was personable, patient, kind, always available and a joy to work with. Karina made my fiancé and I feel like family. When you are making a purchase of this magnitude you want someone you can trust in which she made us feel welcome and for that we are truly grateful. Karina is exceptionally great not just good but I mean great at this job. We would not have wanted to make this decision without her support, knowledge, leadership and professional courtesy throughout the process. We strongly recommend others use Karina as their realtor of choice.

I could not of asked for a better realtor than Karina she was there for myself and family through the difficult time of selling my mothers home after she passed in September 2018. I met Katina through a mutual friend and when I knew that we would be selling my moms home I had no hesitation to contact Katina and trust her in all aspects of the sale of my moms home .She was very compassionate through the entire process and I cannot be more thankful and grateful that she was the one there helping me through a very difficult moment .
