Seller reviewI could not of asked for a better realtor than Karina she was there for myself and family through the difficult time of selling my mothers home after she passed in September 2018. I met Katina through a mutual friend and when I knew that we would be selling my moms home I had no hesitation to contact Katina and trust her in all aspects of the sale of my moms home .She was very compassionate through the entire process and I cannot be more thankful and grateful that she was the one there helping me through a very difficult moment .

She treated me like I was family right from the beginning, and always went out of her way to make sure I had every option of a house that was out there. Karina was honest with me and made sure to remind me of everything on my house "checklist", as well as future potential tasks that I will have. Along with the daily house emails, Karina was personally sending me houses, to not only keep me on track but to also find my dream home. It was very frustrating to spend hours traveling, going from house to house, not finding anything that I liked, but Karina always had a positive attitude. She made "searching for a house" change to "finding my home". The easiest way I can describe Karina is with these two words: Attentive and Caring. It was a pleasure working with someone with such passion and dedication. Thank you so much Karina!!!

Seller reviewKarina made sure to price the house aggressively and realistically. We had 38 showings in 2-1/2 days that resulted in seven offers all over ask. To make sure there was no bidding war, Karina made sure that all offers were "best and final." Truly appreciated, too, the ladies in the Century 21 office who called me on the weekend to keep me updated on the showing schedule. The entire process was extremely painless -- just what I was looking for.
