Buyer reviewKarina was more than just "my broker". She treated me like I was family right from the beginning, and always went out of her way to make sure I had every option of a house that was out there. Karina was honest with me and made sure to remind me of everything on my house "checklist", as well as future potential tasks that I will have. Along with the daily house emails, Karina was personally sending me houses, to not only keep me on track but to also find my dream home. It was very frustrating to spend hours traveling, going from house to house, not finding anything that I liked, but Karina always had a positive attitude. She made "searching for a house" change to "finding my home". The easiest way I can describe Karina is with these two words: Attentive and Caring. To make sure there was no bidding war, Karina made sure that all offers were "best and final." Truly appreciated, too, the ladies in the Century 21 office who called me on the weekend to keep me updated on the showing schedule. The entire process was extremely painless -- just what I was looking for.
