Karina is excellent.. I am new to Southern California and the school ratings were very important to me . I put my complete trust in Karina to find the best schools and neighborhood for me . She not only accomplished my request but only took her two weeks. I found the house of my dreams and the top Elementary school for my son .I a very greatful to Karina.

As first time homebuyers we had no idea where to start or what the process of buying even entailed fully. Karina walked us through every step of the way with patience, clarity and kindness. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows the market really well. Karina had a great report with the buyers agents and estimated the value of our home down to the exact dollar amount that it ended up getting appraised at. She was excellent at helping us decide what to bid on different properties that we tried for and was super quick at answering texts and emails, meeting us all over town for viewings and getting offers in for us. We found Karina to be very trustworthy, she had our best interest in mind and got us a really good deal on a great property in this tough market which can feel like an impossible feat. Her loan officer Charles was an incredible asset as well. Thank you Karina for bringing our dream to life! You believed in the vision and helped us manifest our gorgeous new home.

I've heard buying a home can be stressful and thus I was excited but nervous and unsure. I could not have asked for a better agent to work with in purchasing my first home. Karina was very professional yet easy going. Her patience and full knowledge of the market and areas made the process easy and smooth allowing me to enjoy the moment.
