We chose Century 21 because of their vast knowledge and quick feedback/response time to our concerns. Karl has great work ethic and is extremely knowledgeable and familiar with everything from sending in our offer(s) to closing. He was communicative and always proactive throughout the entire process. He made time for home tours on weekdays and weekends. He worked with our crazy schedule and we truly appreciate it. Thank you Karl for everything you did for us!

Sounded very professional when I first spoke with him, and sounded eager to get started. Was very patient during the process as I like to know everything that takes place in a selling/buying of a home to be better prepared for the future.
