Seller reviewI feel I cannot say enough about how amazing Karol Scrimager is! She is so friendly & personable. Selling a house was new to me and additionally I was selling my recently deceased mother's house from many states away which could make things complicated. But Karol answered all my questions and made everything easy & understandable. I cannot believe how fast she found buyers for the house. She searched out moving companies for me. I had a limited amount of time to come to town, pack up everything in the house to get it ready for the movers, & to clean the house for it's new owners. Running out of time before catching a plane to my home state, Karol ended up performing the majority of the house cleaning leaving it sparkling for the new owners. All paperwork, professional inspections, title clearance, exchange of payment, closing, etc. went smoothly. Thank you Karol!
