Buyer reviewKate was incredible. She listened to what I needed and why. I was a first time buyer and very nervous. Kate and I had real conversations on where I needed to be with area as well as finances. Kate also put me in touch with everyone I needed to continue the process, as well as convey information to the sellers. And during closing she was there right in the room with me with her brand new baby. Every step of the way she was shoulder to shoulder with me, I never felt like I was doing business I was making a friend that was helping me jump into a better life. I'd like to say that this home was the one I wanted because it fit all my needs. As Kate and I were getting focused on it the home went pending. Needless to say I was disappointed. As Kate and I went on to look for other choices. Kate saw that this home went back on the market and diligently blew up my phone to tell me and by the grace of God and Kate I was able to get my new home. What can I say other than flawless. She is such an asset to the company. Simply put it felt like "WE" were buying a home.
