Buying a home can be very stressful, especially when you're over the age of 60 and funds are limited. Your agent, Kate Von Staden, and your office made this a pleasant and doable experience. Don and I are impressed with Kate's knowledge of this area, her timely responses to all our viewing requests, and her perseverance in helping us find 'just the right match'. Kate is kind, has a great sense of humor, and her personal integrity is solid. Kate personifies everything a buyer (us) and a seller (the woman we purchased the home from), need when making a serious life decision.
