My family and I love our sunny Central Florida lifestyle. I was raised in New England, spent twelve years in South Florida and then settled in Lake County in 1983. From 1986 thru 2002 I provided Customer Service in the Automotive Refinish Industry throughout Lake, Sumter and Marion Counties. These years of developing my people skills can be summed up in three giant words... "The Golden Rule." After a lifetime in the customer service industry, I am still amazed that there is so much knowledge to be gathered from each sales transaction. I became a REALTOR® in 2002, focusing first on Property Management and then Residential and Commercial Sales. As an owner of several investment properties myself, I am comfortable working with everyone from 1'st time home buyers to commercial investors. My promise is Friendly Customer Service First and Always. I work hard for my customers to provide service they can count on. Buyer reviewKathi Hill went with the flow, as my parameters changed she seemed to always know just what to do. I believe the best part is that we were a three man team ,Kathi,my wife and I. It was like shopping with a friend and not being sold to. She was personable, friendly and fun. I could not have picked a better agent if I had a magic wand!!! We worked together for three months and she took care of everything before we could ask for it. She made sure we knew, and more importantly always understood everything from A to Z. I have many medical conditions and sometimes get stressed and confused and she took care of things no other agent that we have ever worked would even deal with The other Kathy that works at the front desk helped us numerous times to get things faxed or moved to the Cloud (when I had no Idea what I was doing). Everyone that we dealt with was great.

She is the personification of what you would want an agent to be: knowledgeable, available, personable, willing to listen and understand what you are looking for, works diligently to ensure all legal paperwork is as accurate as she possibly can, keeps in contact with you throughout the process and always appears happy to be of assistance. We would not consider using any other agent than Kathi Hill. As there was a question as to where the closing would be, Kathi requested we not deposit our earnest money until this had been determined. This extra effort on her part ensured there would be no delay in closing by having to retransfer funds. Every agent needs to be a "Kathi Hill."
