My family and I love our sunny Central Florida lifestyle. I was raised in New England, spent twelve years in South Florida and then settled in Lake County in 1983. From 1986 thru 2002 I provided Customer Service in the Automotive Refinish Industry throughout Lake, Sumter and Marion Counties. These years of developing my people skills can be summed up in three giant words... "The Golden Rule." After a lifetime in the customer service industry, I am still amazed that there is so much knowledge to be gathered from each sales transaction. I became a REALTOR® in 2002, focusing first on Property Management and then Residential and Commercial Sales. As an owner of several investment properties myself, I am comfortable working with everyone from 1'st time home buyers to commercial investors. I was visiting a friend in Leesburg and they told me of a house for sale across the street from a friend. I was not planning to look at property in Leesburg or buy there, however, we got the information on the realty company and it was Century 21. We asked is someone would meet us that afternoon and Kathi Hill could. While this house was not what I was looking for we asked about a 55+ community in the area and she said she could arrange for some visits the next afternoon. Kathi had a good selection of homes meeting my specifications for us to see in Highland Lakes and that is where I found my home.
